Si es escrito debe ser: baterías AAA. Si es oral es mejor decir "tripleA"

Perdón, mi opinión de usar el término pilas o baterías no necesariamente tiene que ver si son recargables o no. Hay baterias no recargables y recargables (igual que pilas). A mí personalmente me parece el término pila un tanto obsoleto, pues se deriva de como se fabricaban anteriormente.
