Without the rest of the context it doesn't make much sense but adders are also "sumadores".
Hay ejemplos de otro usos de una frase similar tal y como : Inductive Voltage adder in the US has already advanced the quality of radiography...
The context will tell you whether it should be :
1) Sumador de radiografía al 100% or
2) Sumador de 100% radiografía or
3) 100% sumador de radiografía

although the last two seem unlikely..
