Compañeros, creo que la traducción que se busca no debe incluir las palabras "difference between" pues como se explica se refiere al título "Cables & Wires". Un "cable" es un conductor formado de varios elementos o hilos, o sea, de varios alambres. Un "alambre" es un conductor formado por un sólo elemento o hilo. Tanto los cables como los alambres pueden o no, estar forrados de un aislamiento eléctrico que generalmente es un tipo de plástico. Lo mismo aplica a cables y alambres de acero, en cuyo caso no son para conducción de corriente eléctrica.
