Power available - what the electrical installation is designed for (at least 1 kW times the number of square meters of the room = hosting area). Power drain = funny term for heat load = the heat removal system shall be designed that no more than 5.5 kW/sqm is consumed (and heat generated) anywhere in the room/hosting area. The latter defines the peak hot spot (heat density) - for thermal calculations of the building.
Bottom line: drainage = heat extraction

Según lo que he consultado, parece que el power dainage puede ser:
1. La energía consumida por un aparato en standby (normalmente llamado power drain). No creo que se refiera a esto en este contexto.
2. El gasto o consumo eléctrico. No entiendo cómo puede ser 5.5 si la energía disponible es de 1.
3. La energía perdida (en el transporte). Tampoco me parecen muy lógicas las cifras.
4. Drenaje eléctrico: el drenaje de tuberías, etc. mediante bombas eléctricas. No cuadra en el contexto.
Más que eso no sé de momento. Alguna idea? Están bien las cifras?

it is consumed - so one must specify consumption. As almost all the electrical power eventually turns to heat, the heat must be "drained" (removed) - by ventilation, air conditioning, whatever.
