Explanation:
A mi me parece que es esto.

El mecanizado de la pieza que se va a soldar debe ser perpendicular al cordón de soldadura.

OJO: no sabemos el tipo de mecanización al que se someten las pieza (como indican los colegas, puede ser fresado o torneado, pero también puede ser otro proceso de mecanizado).
