It depends on how much technicality is needed to mention a part. The clearer the better, if it's a technical translation. But an understandable translation like T connector is a lay man way to say it.

It should be "conector coaxial para gas". If you need more detail, then it would be "conector coaxial de metal para gas". You can replace "metal" with cobre (copper), or bronce (bronze), etc.
Lay mans way to say it: "conector en T" para gas de metal.
