| Grading comment Gracias, mi duda iba dirigida no tanto al término "sello" o "cierre" (porque, en este caso, el cliente utiliza el término sello) sino al término "autoposicionamiento". Por eso, he elegido esta respuesta, basándome en que fue la primera. De todos modos, combrobé que también se utiliza la palabra cierre, especialmente en España. Muchas gracias a todos por sus aportaciones.
