A ver si me pueden ayudar con esto. No sé si entiendo bien la idea. Entiendo que se trata de un 3% por año después del 6o mes pero no sé dónde acomodar el "LIBOR rate". Muchas gracias.

Contexto: Se trata de la cita de un contrato, dentro de una carta.

"The "stipulated rate" mean 3% per annum in excess of the 6th month LIBOR rate but not to exceed the maximum rate permitted by the applicable law".
