Yo diría solamente "al corte", porque tienes:
Comienzo del día
Al corte
Fin del día

O sea, la cantidad de transacciones "al corte" de las operaciones.

Si solo pones "horario de corte" sin anteponerle "al" , parecería que deberías poner a continuación cuál es el horario de corte. Así lo veo yo.
