Hay alguien trabajando en fin de semana que me pueda decir la traducción de "certain agreement" en el siguiente contexto:

THIS RIDER ("Rider") is hereby entered into between XXXXX C (the "Buyer") and the merchant executing this Rider below (the "Seller") in connection with that certain agreement (the "Agreement") entered into between the Buyer and the Seller, dated as of the date hereof, whereby the Buyer is purchasing a percentage of each credit card receivable due to the Seller from its credit card processor.

Este "rider" alude a cierto convenio o contrato que fue suscrito por las partes (Buyer-Seller) con fecha... etc.
De hecho el Rider no hace sino complementar ciertas disposiciones del mismo
