El "script" (sí, también se usa en inglés en mi país, shame on us con el idioma riquísimo que tenemos, en fin...FOCALIZA AURORA!) es ese "texto hecho estandarizado" que quienes atienden los llamados en el teléfono de Atención al Cliente repiten inveriablemente.
Guión (al menos en Argentina) se reserva para aspectos cinematográficos... ¿Y en España? ¿Se traduce? ¿Cómo?
