From time to time, XXX will be engaged in certain activities where Inside Information in relation to Securities of another entity may be made available to XXX People as a result of their role or position with the XXX Group.
XXX wishes to minimise the risk that such XXX People, because of their position, might be perceived to be engaged in inappropriate dealings, and therefore XXX may blacklist certain Securities in relation to particular XXX People. |
