Me parece que una opción interesante, si el contexto se refiere a ciertos alimentos, sería usar directamente "brindar a los consumidores de países en desarrollo alimentos más nutritivos/sanos" o brindarles productos que les permitan tener una mejor nutrición/alimentación o una alimentación más sana. No me parece que suene muy natural decir "brindar nutrición" ni nada por el estilo.
También creo que muchas veces en inglés se usa nutrition cuando en español usamos alimentación.
