Estoy traduciendo un documento sobre la calidad del agua potable y las precauciones que se deben tomar en caso de que no lo sea. Me encuentro con lo siguiente:

Do not drink sun tea (tea steeped in the sun).

¿Alguien conoce la traducción de este tipo de té?

Explanation:
Es una forma de hacer el té sin calor, se pone al sol en un frasco y se hace solo. Pero es para el té helado, pues ya hecho (medio cargado), se le agrega el hielo. Ya sé que en muchos países no lo conocen, es muy sabroso y refrescante. Aquí en la frontera donde vivo tiene gran popularidad.

Claro, si el agua potable está contaminado, el proceso no remedia la contaminación, hay que observar las precauciones del caso.
