Hola, estoy traduciendo una receta y me aparecen diferentes tipos de grasas. El segmento dice:
Hard fats such as suet, tallow, lard, butter – replace with good fats (see below) where possible
¿Alguien me podría ayudar con la traducción de suet y tallow? He buscado definiciones en toda la Web y no encuentro la diferencia. Este texto es para español de México.
De acuerdo con la información que encontré el la Internet, estoy de acuerdo. Cuando dijiste que sería suficiente decir "sebo" parece que tienes reazón, a menos que haya algún motivo especial para mencionar que una parte del sebo viene del riñón.
