agree  slothm: ¿Vainillina extraída de la vainilla natural? Lo dudo, la diferencia de precios es abismal. La única posibilidad es que sea de marca, "Lindt" por ejemplo.

agree  Michelle Wolfson: I agree with your answer but disagree that vanillin is artificial. Vanillin is the compound in the vanilla bean that gives it its flavor. Vanillin is available in crystal form.

esencia natural de vainilla


Explanation:
Así se llama a la que es natural.
El saborizante o aromatizante artificial se llama "vainillina".
Pero en todas las etiquetas del Cono Sur se dice "esencia natural de vainilla" para la que no es sintética.
