To me, as a British speaker, a cot is as Isabel says: an infant bed with high sides, usually bars, for children aged between a few months and two or three years, approximately. A Google image search for "cot" overwhelmingly produces pictures of "cunas con barrotes".
A cradle, in Britain, is for babies from birth to a few months. It can be a rocker but doesn't have to be. It is normally like a rectangular box, which often comes with a wheeled base so you can turn it into a pram without disturbing the baby.
A crib, in British English, is normally a Christmas nativity scene and the word is rarely if ever used for an infant bed. Books tell me that in American English it is what we call a cot in Britain.

Para mi un cot es lo mismo que para Lydia, una cama pequeña, sin barrotes, que puede ser o no foldable; a crib -también concuerdo con Lydia- es una cuna de bebé con barrotes (o de algún modo protegida) and a cradle una cuna mecedora, del material que sea, con base o patas para poder mecer, claro...a bassinet un moisés a modo de cesto, que puede tener o no una base...Pero el diccionario no me apoya...
