I need to know if in the States there is an ornament/figurine used for christmas of an owl smoking a cigarrete and with a walking stick or someting similar.

I have never seen an owl associated with anything that has to do with Christmas.

It\'s very hard for you to have to try to guess what this is about without seeing the movie, and understanding this reference. It could be an \"inside joke\", a reference to something else that was said before. The other thing that comes to mind, is that it may have something to do with drugs, since any owl that would use a candy cane as a walking stick, would have to be smoking something.
