agree  Margarita Gonzalez: reunir, no sabemos cómo los convencían y congregar lleva implícito que los reunidos van por su voluntad. Recoger me parece extraño aplicado a personas.

agree  fastwords: Los niños de Shiroyama corrían de casa a los refugios de bombas y trataban de concentrarse todos en el mismo sitio así es que creo que el término adecuado sería "recoger" . Es usual decir en castellano "paso a recogerte" así que estoy de acuerdo con Marga
