Hola, sigo en el documento de visas. El texto dice:

XXXX performs this pre-scrutiny in a completely neutral manner by adhering to respective checklists provided by the visa section. Our Customer Service Officers are required to take signatures from the applicants on the individual completed checklist and sign the same by way of confirmation.
