Según el contexto, hay diferentes formas de decirlo en español, que no sea "respirable"

Necesito algo que sirva para "breathable container", "breathable bag", "breathable top"

Explanation:
Es lo único que se me ocurre: "contenedor poroso", "bolsa porosa", etc. Algo poroso, por naturaleza, deja pasar tanto el aire como el agua.

O como lo dijo la colega, simplemente "que deja pasar el aire"

En realidad, aunque no te suene el término, ése es. Basta con hacer una búsqueda en Google para darse cuenta no sólo que se usa, sino que parece ser el término técnico para ese tipo de material. Pon en Google así: «bolsas de material respirable» y observa los resultados.
