Asker: Hi Deb! Well, you've come across a term that could fit the context, but anyway there should be a verb in that position...cause he says tennats sit + ....+ socialize. He is kind of enumerating activities you can do in roof gardens. Thanks for your answer, I'll keep waiting for the right one
