English term or phrase:water fisher
Context: same speech
Quote: "..for constructing roof gardens which are areas where the tennants in this apartment buildings gonna come upstairs and sit around a few plants, maybe *water fisher* and socialize."
Yeah, yeah, I know it isn't impossible nowadays, but couldn't imagine people gathering on the top roof just for fishing. Isn't it much fun to take sometime off and go to the lake, for example? LOL. Well, Jude69...I appreciate your effort too much. THANKS, really!

Notes to answerer
Asker: Hi Deb! Well, you've come across a term that could fit the context, but anyway there should be a verb in that position...cause he says tennats sit + ....+ socialize. He is kind of enumerating activities you can do in roof gardens. Thanks for your answer, I'll keep waiting for the right one
The updates to the menu were made to make the site easy and more intuitive for visitors. Obviously, like any change, this may take a few days to get used to.
The dropdown menus have been divided into two-dimensional panels with similar items grouped together under headings. This eliminates scrolling for those with smaller screens, and also improves readability.
Mouseover your name at the top of the screen. Here you will find information about your account, your email settings, and more. The "My ProZ.com" menu was moved up here to simplify the main navigation, and to keep all of this type of information together.
