pero en realidad yo redactaria la frase de otra manera, ya que lo que se necesita es que quede una tarjeta de crédito registrada (y aprobada) como garantía, para que en caso que se produzca alguna rotura, quede cubierto el costo.
por ejemplo, algo como: "los datos de la tarjeta de crédito de una de las personas del grupo, deberán quedar registrados para cubrir cualquier pérdida o daño sufrido por el equipamiento y mobiliario del departamento.
Antes de la era digital, se dejaba un cupón firmado en blanco como garantía.
