También se podría decir simplemente chammara de pluma de ganso con lo que sería perfectamente entendible.

ejemplo: Edredón de pluma (pato, ganso, etc.)

Pienso que depende mucho del país para el que estás traduciendo, ya que plumón por ejemplo en México es un marcador grueso y plumífera tampoco se usa.
