Costumbrismos:
alo, aló? : España
Hable, Diga, Sí? :son otras formas de responder al teléfono, por costumbre, en diferentes regiones. Pero también se podría responder "Buen día, habla XXX, en qué puedo ayudarlo?" y tantas otras. Mas si la pregunta es sobre "hello", la exacta es "hola", que es universal.
