Asker: Te agradecería si pudieras explicarme cómo llegaste a "aprobado" a partir de "mandated". ¿Encontraste la equivalencia en algún diccionario? Y si es así, ¿me podrías indicar dónde?

Asker: Dudé en poner "aprobado", pues pienso que todos los gastos del estado tienen que ser aprobados, tal como se aprueba el presupuesto. La Constitución en este caso, obliga a realizar ciertos gastos, como por ejemplo, en bienestar social. Es decir, tienen que hacerse por mandato legal. Te agradezco mucho tu ayuda y te mando un gran abrazo.
