el producto, idea o concepto

se que no es literal, pero si dejàramos simplemente "tema" o "asunto" como traducciòn literal de "subject matter" se prestarìa a muchas confusiones.

Hola nitram,

Estoy fuera de mi ámbito de acción, pero me pregunto ¿podría 'propiedad intelectual' abarcar cualquier asunto sujeto de patentar, sea físico o no, o se limitaría tan solo a eso, lo intelectual?
