agree  lwi: Hola Julio; te comento lo mismo que a Walter: "rehusar" no es un verbo relfexivo, por lo que no podemos decir "se rehusaba". Por otro lado, al hablar de "coffers" se refiere únicamente al dinero. Saludos :-)

Otra posibilidad. "La contra" debe ir entre comillas; no es un nombre institucionalizado, por eso no se utiliza con mayúsculas, y es la forma coloquial de denominar a un movimiento, de ahí las comillas.
