Llevo desde ayer tratando de pensar cual es la mejor manera de decirlo y no me gusta nada lo que se me ocurre, me parece que ya tengo el cerebro frito, con lo sencilla que es la frasesita de morros. Quizás haya que darle la vuelta a la frase un poco. Muchas gracias por cualquier sugerencia que tengan. Contexto:

Explanation:
Not as common as "que yo sepa" (= afaik!), but the usage would fit here.

"España, que se sepa, ha firmado la Convención " http://foros.ozu.es/index.php?topic=27406.0

Problem is, the expression also means "let it be known that...", but the context makes it clear.

The second option is less ambiguous, but I just don't happen to like the expression - feel it's rather clumsy!
