English to Spanish translations [PRO] Social Sciences - History / Obituary | | English term or phrase: at its necessity | Death has removed from us one who for over half a century has been closely connected with the history and progress of the colony. Six weeks ago when Mr. NNN wrote to his brother BBB of the Marine Board for leave of absence, as his health, he feared, would prevent him attending to his duty as a member of that board, the application was acceded to with general expressions of regret **at its necessity**, for Mr. NNN was a gentleman who earned and merited the respect of all who laboured with him in private enterprise or at public duty.
