agree  Mariela Malanij: Me gusta lo de disfrutar de los beneficios pero lo de "al primer mes siguiente a cumplir el primer año" creo q se podría reemplazar con algo + sencillo como "a partir del 13er mes de servicio/trabajo". Saludos.

Explanation:
Otra opción. Creo que aquí "benefits" son "prestaciones" y como dice "eligible" se refiere a que están condicionadas, quizá a que el empleado acepte ese "paquete" o a los requisitos que imponga el patrón, de ahí el uso de "se pueden".
