IRS podría ser DGI, Hacienda o incluso Servicio de la Pública, aunque mucho no me convence este último. Pero el dollar limit es el máximo de ganancias que una persona puede tener en determinado año para tener ciertos beneficios. Se da también en los beneficios del Seguro Social.
