Estoy traduciendo un cuestionario sobre el trabajo portuario que engloba varios aspectos. Una pregunta dice:
Is there a pool system (with the exclusion of job recruitment or employment agencies) for port workers in your port?
Y añade:
-please provide the name of pool or pools:
-please specify who manages the pool:
a) public body
b) employer organization
c) employee organization
d) joint management (employer and employee organization)çç
Más adelante, dice:
-please explain how the pool (and its infrastructure, staff, dispatching, etc.) is financed.
Creo que podría referirse a una "bolsa de trabajo", pero parece una asociación de algún tipo y sigo sin tenerlo claro. Cualquier sugerencia que me hagáis me vendrá bien.
