Busco la frase en castellano para decir "as you were", meaning "an informal command to continue what you were doing or to indicate a correction to a previous order or comment."

In a comic context, it might be used to mean "sorry to cause a fuss, don't mind me" or (from a self-important person) "no need to salute me -- carry on".

I don't know the equivalent in Spanish, but the phrase is military. To convey the meaning in your translation, a military equivalent is necessary. See users.skynet.be/jeeper/Terms%20A.html
The context is a little tricky and involves some word-play that I don't know is replicable in Spanish. Basically the phrase conveys both the literal and figurative meanings of "as you were," ie the command as quoted above *as well as* the literal past tense of "to be". The preceding line is "we knew you were up to something."
