No sé si es lo que buscas ya que esta forma de robo o hurto no tiene que ver con empleados en una empresa, sino que se refiere a cuando una persona va por la calle y le roban el bolso "tirando" de él, arrebatándoselo con fuerza. Así entiendo yo el "snatch n'grab".
