Idioms / Maxims / Sayings | | English term or phrase: messy swamp | En un texto un tanto informal, el autor explica que es más fácil dejarse influenciar por lo que hace la mayoría que no hacer lo que uno tiene cree que tiene que hacer, y dice:
"Perhaps that is one of the advantages of being on the semi-outside. It is very easy to be seduced into joining the **messy swamp** and losing any objectivity."
No tengo muy claro lo que quiere decir, pero imagino que la expresión significa algo así como "muchedumbre", o "la mayoría"... pero la verdad es que me iría bien una manita para confirmarlo o encontrar una traducción mejor.
