Explanation:
La expresión as is se emplea muy habitualmente en el mundo de la compraventa para señalar que determinado artículo se ofrece tal cual está. El que compra un artículo as is sabe que no podrá reclamar nada.

Ahora bien, en el caso que nos ocupa me parece que no podemos traducir simplemente as is por "tal cual". No nos das mucho conexto, pero quizá mi solución te resulte útil. Saludos.

Para tu información, en muchos sitios de Internet aparece la solución "los servicios se ofrecen 'tal cual', sin garantía de ningún tipo". Con todo, insisto en que la expresión "tal cual" no resulta natural para referirse a servicios, sino a artículos.

Ejemplo: "Excepto lo que expresamente señale un acuerdo escrito entre usted y Grupo Anaya S.A., o lo que no sea aplicable por ley, todos los materiales y servicios de este sitio son facilitados 'tal cual', sin garantía de ningún tipo, ni explícita ni implícita, incluyendo, pero no limitando, las garantías implícitas de comerciabilidad, adecuación a fines particulares o no incumplimiento" (http://www.vox.es/legal/condiciones.html)

Como indica la referencia que aporta Julio Jiménez, cuando "as is" se utiliza para artículos o bienes, se traduce "tal como está", "en el estado en el que se encuentra", "tal como se ve". Pero los servicios son intangibles. No puede decirse que alguien ofrece un servicio tal cual. Los servicios se ofrecen con o sin garantía.
