"Innovación funcional en el corazón"

"At heart" también se puede traducir por "en el interior" (de una persona, por ejemplo: "es buena persona, en su interior/en el fondo). Entonces, pienso que se puede estar refiriendo en concreto a las propiedades funcionales de los pantalones, como el tejido resistente con el que quizás estén hechos. Así, "en esencia" o "en el corazón" podrían servirnos para decir algo muy similar y también comercial. Espero que te ayude. ¡Saludos!
