This phrase appears in notes to financial statements of a reinsurance company under the heading "Actuarial Liabilities". The whole sentence states as follows: "The current portfolio also contains interest obligations and index linked annuity obligations which are matched by assets and equity linked options, and require provision for adverse deviation in asset default and mismatch risks"

In fact the whole sentence is quite confusing for me....
