CLAUSE WORDINGS
Notwithstanding the fact that the above named parties are named as co-insured in this Certificate of Entry, the cover of the Association wil only extend insofar as they may be liable to pay in the first instance for liabilities that are properly the responsibility of the Member, but only to the extent that the liabilities are enforceable in the first instance against the member, and nothing herein contained shll be construed as extending cover in respect of any amount that would no have been recoverable from the Association by the Member had such claim been made and enforced against him.

Sin perjuicio de que las partes mencionadas anteriormente están nombradas como coaseguradas en el presente Certificado de Inscripción ,la cobertura de la Asociación se extenderá únicamente en la medida en que las partes sean responsables de pagar en primera instancia por las responsabilidades que corresponden al Miembro, pero solamente en la medida en que las responsabilidades se puedan hacer cumplir al Miembro en la primera instancia, y nada en este documento se interpretará como una cobertura extensiva con respecto de cualquier monto que no hubiese sido recuperable *desde* la Asociación *por *el Miembro, si ese reclamo se hubiere impuesto contra éste último.
