**First Party Pollution and Seepage** shall be underwritten following ISO, London, or manuscript wordings. In the event Seepage and Pollution coverage is provided under the Company's Policies, it shall be subject to a specific Policy sub-limit. Debris removal and cost of clean up coverage may be underwritten. The Policy deductible or self insured retention, whichever is applicable, shall apply. Coverage for Pollution and Seepage shall be limited to **first party coverage** only.
