Only country offices with a demonstrated record of good financial management performance, as measured by the NNN Dashboard, are eligible.
Based on the country office’s dashboard performance over the last three months, where the bank reconciliation indicator will be given particular weight, the Office of Finance will issue the so-called Comptroller’s **acclaim**, concern, and watch **lists**. Country offices that appear on the Comptroller’s watch list will not be eligible to make commitments prior to receipt of funds.
