After technical analysis of the offers by a team comprising of UNICEF Water and Sanitation officer and technicians from the General Direction of Water Resources, then the proposed enterprises are submitted to the internal mandatory UNICEF Contract Review Committee in compliance with UNICEF supply rules and regulations.
