Algo de la OEA un poquito más oficial, por lo tanto que indicaría un uso más extenso del término "acogimiento"

UNDER ARTICLE 40 OF THE COVENANT PARTES DE CONFORMIDAD CON EL ARTÍCULO 40 DEL PACTO
The draft FGC adopted by the CM extends the obligatory part of a divorce sentence onto decisions about contacts with the child and the court is empowered to make decisions on parental authority having regard to the agreement reached between the spouses. Furthermore, the draft stipulates that contacts with the child are not only a right but an obligation of the parents and the court is empowered with the competence to oblige parents to appropriate conduct. Such a regulation offers the court a wider range of opportunities for contacts with the child, including the provision of “alternate care”. El proyecto de Código de la Familia y la Tutoría, aprobado por el Consejo de Ministros, amplía la parte obligatoria de la sentencia de divorcio a las decisiones acerca de los contactos con el hijo y el tribunal tiene facultades para adoptar decisiones sobre la patria potestad teniendo en cuenta el acuerdo alcanzado entre los cónyuges. Por otra parte, en el proyecto se estipula que los contactos con el hijo no solo son un derecho sino una obligación de los padres, por lo que el tribunal está facultado para obligar a los padres a observar la conducta apropiada. Esa norma otorga al tribunal más posibilidades en relación con el contacto con los hijos, incluso la posibilidad de colocarlos bajo "otro tipo de cuidado".
