Explanation:
Yo mantendría el original entre paréntesis pues es un título específico del sistema educativo del país... Además, así lo dice en el artículo siguiente:

"According to the Fachhochschul-Studies Act (FHStG), the academich degrees laid down by the FH-Council are not to be translated into a foreign language. However, university of applied sciences diploma degrees (8-10 semesters, second level) have the academic value of Master's degrees, and holders are entiteld to apply for admission to a subject-relevant doctoral programme at a university."

Explanation:
Dado el contexto yo diría así:

"Cornelia XXX, Máster en Ciencias Aplicadas, es coordinadora / coordinada..."

Quizás dejar la abreviatura en alemán confundiría un poco al lector castellanoparlante, que está más acostumbrado a ver este tipo de abreviaturas en inglés.
Para la traducción me he guiado por la explicación de Gracia, a quien le agradezco su aportación.

Veo en mi entrada un error en la explicación, aunque no afecta a la propuesta de traducción para este término. Quería decir "es coordinadora/coordina..."
