Situation: This is a presentation of a company's profile dedicated to dealing with large-scale real estate investments and funds. The term in question is a heading on a table on the slide corresponding to the company's investment performance over the years. Other headings next to it are Date Sold (asset), purchase price, investor capital, ROI.

It is obviously a "fecha de cierre" but in which sense is talking about equity; cierre de fondos propios, de inversiones con fondos propios, etc?

I have found only very few examples and the English is US English in this case. Target country is Spain.
