Much depends on context - in Mexico, officers of the company would be referred to by their legal stipulation. For example, "Administrador Único, o Representante Legal, Comisario. If Officer of the company implies certain authorities this would be explicitly stipulated in a Mexican contract. A person authorized for specific tasks, would be an "apoderado legal". A "funcionario" or "administrativo" would not be used in a contract in the context of an officer of the company.
