The current agreement was set to expire Saturday, February 17 at 11:59 p.m. However, with the extension, the parties will avert any workforce *disruption* and alleviate any concern of service *disruptions* to Cingular customers.

Yo supongo que podrás tener casi tantas respuestas a eso, como compañeros que contesten.
Personalmente creo que pondría en el primer caso dificultades de importancia, y en el segundo interrupción.
