Es la figura de lo que en Argentina llamaríamos "concurso preventivo", sólo que fraseado de diferente manera, añadiéndolo a la posibilidad de ser declarado en quiebra. En España ahora se habla de "insolvencia" en lugar de quiebra...Ver el AVH Financiero, págs. 581, "relief" y 457, "mitigation".-
