disagree  Tomás Cano Binder, BA, CT: Perdón por disagree. Me temo que no estoy de acuerdo con "en que estaba siendo ocupado", ya que significa "mientras el arrendatario lo ocupaba", que no es lo que dice el inglés, que es "cuando entró a ocupar".

instalaciones me parece un término generalpara fererirnos a cualquier tipo de inmueble.
Creo que se debe mantener el sentido de "occupancy". Alguien puede alquilar un inmueble y nunca ocuparlo

agree  Maria Diehn: Vale también. No obstante, si el local está alquilado está en la práctica ocupado pues no está libre. No lo puede alquilar el dueño, aunque no esté habitado por quien lo tomó.
